Quality control operator

We are looking for a Quality Control Operator to join Coene. You will play a key role in ensuring the high standards of finish and precision we are known for.

What to expect of the job?

• You are responsible for checking the quality of finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
• Using technical drawings and available measuring tools (such as calipers), you check the quality of a part by size, shape and finish level.
• You communicate your findings to the production team so that adjustments can be made quickly when deviations are detected.
• You take care of the necessary administrative steps, including accurate documentation of inspection results and quality data in our ERP system.
• You contribute to setting up and improving in-process control methods to ensure consistent product quality throughout the production cycle.

Who are we looking for?

• You have insight in reading technical drawings (geometrical product specifications).
• You have a technical mindset and feel comfortable working around machinery and production processes.
• You are well-organized and value accuracy, and punctuality.
• You work with a sharp eye for detail and maintain a strong focus on quality.
• You can work independently, take initiative and are proactive in addressing challenges.
• You are a team player with a hands-on, practical attitude who is always willing to help out where needed.
• You have basic PC skills and can work with email and an ERP system.
• You are fluent in English and/or Dutch (written and spoken).
