When depositing coatings on architectural glass, any deviations in layer uniformity can affect both the performance and the overall color of the glass. This is particularly noticeable in high-rise buildings.

  • Our online adjustable magnetron for both rotary and planar sputtering addresses this challenge. Operators can fine-tune the magnetic field during the coating process, while the glass is still in a vacuum. This results in precise layer uniformity control and prevents any color deviations – all while maintaining optimal thermal performance.
