How can you make the difference
- You will manage the complete order process for customers and our projects, including order registration, shipping, and invoicing.
- You are responsible for organizing international transport and export logistics, ensuring compliance with all necessary customs regulations. You can depend on experts for support.
- You can communicate professionally with international clients.
- You interpret customer questions and collaborate with colleagues from other departments when necessary (such as external sales, finance, and production).
Preferred qualifications
- You have a degree in Transport and Logistics, or you have relevant experience.
- You have general knowledge in customs regulations, Incoterms, and documentation from the Chamber of Commerce.
- You are digitally proficient and experienced with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- You have an interest in technical products.
- You have a hands-on personality, take initiative, and have a strong attention to detail.
- You are customer-focused, working effectively with both internal and external clients.
- You strive for continuous improvement in the quality of your work.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. Proficiency in French and German is a significant advantage.
