Ultrasonic Phased Array Flaw Detections System
In addition to traditional Ultrasonic single channel flaw detectors, Soleras LTD. utilizes state of the art Ultrasonic Phased Array systems to measure target bond quality and material integrity. Our systems use 128 individual elements in a single head for optimal inspection. Soleras maintains a number of various transducer heads which can be used on planar, rotary and post targets.
Our phased array systems also include a sophisticated computer-based instrument that is capable of driving the multi-element probe, receiving and digitizing the returning echoes, and plotting that echo information in various formats. This information is used for quality assurance and process control/troubleshooting.
